LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Evangelist Regina Precius upon the occa-
sion of her designation for special recognition

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to commend the efforts
of those individuals within the State of New York who give of their time
and energies in support of spiritual endeavors which aim to benefit the
community at large; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Evangelist Regina Precius upon the occasion of her designation for
special recognition; and
WHEREAS, Born in Haiti, Evangelist Regina Precius was called to the
ministry; for the past seven years she worked in different ministerial
and leadership capacities and brought many to the saving knowledge of
Jesus Christ and the understanding of God's word; and
WHEREAS, Regina Precius is used mightily of God in deliverance, heal-
ing and spiritual warfare; as an international evangelist since 2006,
she has conducted numerous evangelical crusades and leadership confer-
ences throughout the United States; and
WHEREAS, Regina Precius has earned an Associate of Theology degree and
is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Theology, and is also a
certified professional cosmetologist; she is also the founder and senior
pastor at Unfailing Rock Ministries in the Bronx, New York; and
WHEREAS, Presiding Prelate and Overseer of the Unfailing Rock Outreach
Ministries, an association that is designed to empower leaders to
advance the Kingdom of God, Regina Precius works in the full capacity of
her knowledge of teaching, mentoring, nurturing, and challenging minis-
ters of the gospel to greater heights in the Lord; she is married to
Clarence Forster and they are the proud parents of four children, Jayfa,
Christella, Guyanndji and Elizabeth; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when individ-
uals of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our atten-
tion, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens of
this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Evangelist Regina Precius upon the occasion of her designation for
special recognition; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Evangelist Regina Precius.
