LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Step by Step Physical Therapy upon the
occasion of its designation by the Akron Chamber of Commerce as the
recipient of its 2013 Business of the Year Award

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend the leaders of commerce and industry whose accomplishments
contribute to the economic health and prosperity of the communities of
the State of New York and individuals whose purposeful endeavors, as
involved members of the community, enhance the quality of life therein;
and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern and fully in accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
Step by Step Physical Therapy upon the occasion of its designation by
the Akron Chamber of Commerce as the recipient of its 2013 Business of
the Year Award; and
WHEREAS, Step by Step Physical Therapy will be honored by the Akron
Chamber of Commerce at its Annual Banquet on Thursday, May 9, 2013; and
WHEREAS, Step by Step Physical Therapy provides people in the Akron
community with outstanding and ongoing physical therapy services to
improve their health; its outstanding staff is cheerful, courteous, and
professional; and
WHEREAS, The convenience of a physical therapy business in a local
community is a true benefit; not only does Step by Step Physical Therapy
have treatment, but an exercise program that former clients can take
advantage of for a nominal fee; and
WHEREAS, Step by Step Physical Therapy has been in Akron for 11 years
and its mission is to increase the quality of life for those in need of
quality, professional care; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is proud to recognize Step by Step
Physical Therapy for their commitment and contributions to Akron and
surrounding areas and to their quality of life; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when the noble
aims and accomplishments of businesses such as Step by Step Physical
Therapy are brought to our attention it is appropriate to publicly
proclaim and commend them for the edification and emulation of others;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Step by Step Physical Therapy upon the occasion of its designation
by the Akron Chamber of Commerce as the recipient of its 2013 Business
of the Year Award; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Step by Step Physical Therapy.
