LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION congratulating Deily & Glastetter, LLP upon the
occasion of receiving the Barry A. Gold Law Firm Leadership Award by The
Legal Project

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize that the
quality and character of life in the communities across New York State
are reflective of the concerned and dedicated efforts of those organiza-
tions and individuals who would devote themselves to the welfare of the
community and its citizenry; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to congratu-
late Deily & Glastetter, LLP upon the occasion of receiving the Barry A.
Gold Law Firm Leadership Award by The Legal Project which was celebrated
at its Pro Bono Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at the
Century House in Latham, New York; and
WHEREAS, This auspicious award recognizes a law firm which has made an
important difference during the past year through the generous pro bono
work of its partners and associates; Deily & Glastetter, LLP is such a
law firm; and
WHEREAS, Several of Deily & Glastetter, LLP's attorneys volunteer
their time and energies with The Legal Project to provide legal advice
to low-income clients; and
WHEREAS, Deily & Glastetter, LLP's managing partner serves on The
Legal Project's Board of Directors as second Vice President, and has
been a member of the Board since 2012, as well as an avid volunteer for
its community clinics since 2002; and
WHEREAS, Since 2000, Deily & Glastetter, LLP's partner has volunteered
with The Legal Project, helping clients through the bankruptcy process
with the assistance of firm associates and paralegals; and
WHEREAS, Through their generous pro bono service, Deily & Glastetter,
LLP is instrumental in helping to fill the gap of unmet legal needs in
New York State; and
WHEREAS, It is the practice of this Legislative Body that when indi-
viduals and organizations of such noble aims and accomplishments are
brought to our attention, they should be celebrated and recognized by
all the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate Deily & Glastetter, LLP upon the occasion of receiving the
Barry A. Gold Law Firm Leadership Award by The Legal Project; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Deily & Glastetter, LLP.
