LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Troy Miller upon the occasion of his
designation as recipient of the Joseph A. Bosco Award by Community Care-
givers on November 15, 2014
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize that the
quality and character of life in the communities across New York State
are reflective of the concerned and dedicated efforts of those organiza-
tions and individuals who would devote themselves to the welfare of the
community and its citizenry; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Troy
Miller upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the Joseph
A. Bosco Award by Community Caregivers on Saturday, November 15, 2014;
and
WHEREAS, The Joseph A. Bosco Award is presented to individuals, busi-
nesses or families who are leaders in community service; and
WHEREAS, Troy Miller is a native of Altamont, New York and currently
resides there with his wife and three children; and
WHEREAS, In 2006, this esteemed man established CM Fox Real Estate,
and has since grown his company into an organization with over 40 agents
and a significant sales volume; and
WHEREAS, Dedicated to giving back to his community, Troy Miller
donates all of the proceeds from the CM Fox Golf Tournament for the
benefit of local charities; in addition, CM Fox continually takes part
in various local charity walks, school and team fundraisers, tee sign
sponsors, and much more; and
WHEREAS, Troy Miller is committed to supporting the Guilderland
Central School District sports groups, coaching the GBC Basketball Team
as well as the CTK Basketball Team; his company also hosts tailgate
parties during the football season; and
WHEREAS, Troy Miller's commitment to helping others was further illus-
trated by his selfless assistance in repairing the Community Caregivers
original Altamont sign; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the well-being and vitality of their community and have shown a
long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly have earned the
recognition and applause of all the citizens of this great Empire State;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Troy Miller upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of
the Joseph A. Bosco Award by Community Caregivers; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Troy Miller.
