SENATE RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees for a certain appropriation for the 2015-16 state fiscal year
for grants for the Joseph P. Dwyer Veteran Peer to Peer Pilot Program,
as required by such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the Senate and the director of
the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling for
the expenditure of such moneys, which resolution must be approved by a
majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote
RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), That pursuant to and as required by
moneys appropriated in section 1 of Chapter 53 of the laws of 2015, page
683, lines 23-38, which enacts the aid to localities budget for the
office of mental health within the department of mental hygiene, for the
adult services program from the mental hygiene program fund account for
the Joseph P. Dwyer Veteran Peer to Peer Pilot Program, such funds shall
be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology for
allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of
the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling for
the expenditure of such moneys, which resolution must be approved by a
majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll call
vote, in accordance with the following schedule:
