CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE AND ASSEMBLY
providing for the election of four Regents of the
University of the State of New York

WHEREAS, The terms of two Regents of the University of the State of
New York elected At Large and the terms of the Regents of the University
of New York from the third and thirteenth Judicial Districts expire on
the thirty-first day of March in the year two thousand nineteen; and

RESOLVED, if the (&HOUSE concur), That pursuant to the provisions of
section 202 of the education law, the vacancies created by the
expiration of these terms are hereby filled by concurrent resolution;
and

RESOLVED, That the Honorable Josephine Victoria Finn of the county
of Sullivan be re-elected Regent of the University of the State of New
York from the third Judicial District for a term of five years
commencing on the first day of April in the year two thousand nineteen;
and

RESOLVED, That Dr. Christine D. Cea of the county of Richmond be
re-elected Regent of the University of the State of New York from the
thirteenth Judicial District for a term of five years commencing on the
first day of April in the year two thousand nineteen; and

RESOLVED, That Wade S. Norwood of the county of Monroe be re-elected
At Large a Regent of the University of the State of New York for a term
of five years commencing on the first day of April in the year two
thousand nineteen; and

RESOLVED, That Dr. James E. Cottrell of the county of New York be
re-elected At Large a Regent of the University of the State of New York
for a term of five years commencing on the first day of April in the
year two thousand nineteen.
