AMENDING rule V of the Assembly rules, in relation
to the limiting of the number of terms of the
minority leader of the assembly or the majority
leader of the assembly

RESOLVED, That Rule V of the Assembly rules is amended by adding a
new section 12 to read as follows:

ยง 12. Certain term limits. No member of the legislature may be
elected to serve more than four consecutive two year terms as the
minority leader of the assembly or the majority leader of the assembly.
