Assembly Resolution No. 632

establishing a plan setting forth an itemized
list of grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2019-20 state fiscal year for grants in aid to
certain school districts, public libraries and
not-for-profit institutions, as required by a plan
setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the
amount to be received by each, or the methodology
for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall
be subject to the approval of the speaker of the
assembly and the director of the budget and
thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling
for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution
must be approved by a majority vote of all members
elected to the assembly upon a roll call vote

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by monies appropriated
in chapter 53 of the laws of 2019 which enacts the aid to localities,
grants in aid to certain school districts, public libraries and
not-for-profit institutions. Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant
to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount
to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating such
appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the
speaker of the assembly and the director of the budget and thereafter
shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such
monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority vote of all
members elected to the assembly upon a roll call vote, in accordance
with the following schedule:
