CONGRATULATING CM Fox Real Estate upon the
occasion of being named a 2018 honoree by Arsenal
City Kids at its 19th Annual Testimonial Dinner on
September 15, 2018

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize the
achievements of those individuals and agencies which substantially
contribute to the economic vitality of their communities and the entire
Empire State; and

WHEREAS, It is the further sense of this Legislative Body to commend
those businesses within the State of New York which distinguish
themselves through outstanding professional behavior, corporate
innovation, and enduring commitment to the community; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to
congratulate CM Fox Real Estate upon the occasion of being named a 2018
honoree by Arsenal City Kids at its 19th Annual Testimonial Dinner to be
held at the Watervliet Elks Club on Saturday, September 15, 2018; Coach
Mike Deane, a retired Division I basketball coach, will serve as Master
of Ceremonies; and

WHEREAS, Prior to the dinner, Coach Mike Deane will lead his annual
Basketball Clinic at the Watervliet Dome, a free event open to both boys
and girls of all skill levels; and

WHEREAS, Arsenal City Kids, formerly KIDS COUNT!, is a nonprofit
organization which raises funds to enhance the lives of children through
recreational, cultural, and educational programs in Watervliet, New
York, and the Capital Region; and

WHEREAS, CM Fox Real Estate was established in 2006, by Troy Miller,
a local builder who grew up in Altamont, New York, and currently resides
there with his family; and

WHEREAS, Since its founding, the vision for CM Fox Real Estate has
been to serve the clients, in both buying and selling their homes, with
the latest in technology, marketing and customer service, so the
customer experience will be a positive one from start to finish; and

WHEREAS, The goal of CM Fox Real Estate has been to grow the company
into a leader in the real estate industry within the Capital Region, as
an independent real estate firm, whose ties are to the immediate area
they serve, not as a national franchise; with steady growth year after
year, this extraordinary agency is achieving this goal; and

WHEREAS, Since inception, CM Fox Real Estate has been an integral
part of the local community and will continue to serve all of the area's
real estate needs for years to come; and

WHEREAS, While other real estate brokers and agents focus on a
national level, the professionals at CM Fox Real Estate stay in contact
with the hometown markets from which they reside and work; and

WHEREAS, The valued reputation of the employees of CM Fox Real
Estate has been built on connecting with their customers and advising
them on how to maximize their investment, while being realistic of
current market conditions; they truly recognize that their clients are
the lifeline of their business and take great strides in providing them
solutions for their real estate needs; and

WHEREAS, CM Fox Real Estate, which is always staffed with full-time
administration and management to ensure all agents needs are met, has
grown in volume for 10 years straight with 2018 proving to be its best
year yet; whether it be at sales meetings, during lunch in the kitchen,
barbecue's at the office, or networking events, the hard working and
loyal agents always work together; and

WHEREAS, Every year, CM Fox Real Estate takes part in numerous
community events and holds fundraisers which benefit both local
community organizations and families; and

WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body
acknowledges this exceptional business and its contributions to the
local and State economies, fully confident that it will continue to
enjoy the sparkling successes it has experienced thus far; now,
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate CM Fox Real Estate upon the occasion of being named a 2018
honoree by Arsenal City Kids at its 19th Annual Testimonial Dinner on
September 15, 2018; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to CM Fox Real Estate.
