COMMEMORATING the 50th Anniversary of Jack Hunt
Coin Broker Inc.

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize the
achievements of those individuals and businesses which substantially
contribute to the economic vitality of their communities and the entire
Empire State; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to
commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Jack Hunt Coin Broker Inc.; and

WHEREAS, For the last five decades, Jack Hunt Coin Broker has stayed
true to its mantra, "We know gold and silver"; this trusted refiner and
supplier for bullion and scrap precious metals has continually strived
to offer its wholesale and retail clientele the very best customer
service, and is truly committed to providing honest value in each and
every transaction; and

WHEREAS, Located in the 1894 Eberhardt Mansion, which is listed on
the National Register of Historic Places, Jack Hunt Coin Broker serves
Western New York and Southern Ontario customers who want to buy gold and
silver bullion and sell estates, coins, jewelry, sterling and
collectibles; and

WHEREAS, The company is a member of the Industry Council for
Tangible Assets, National Pawnbrokers Association and American
Numismatic Association, and future plans center on expansion and
continued tech development; and

WHEREAS, The success of Jack Hunt Coin Broker is in direct
correlation to the efforts of its CEO/President Scott Hunt, and his 12
full-time employees and two part-timers, whose involvement is, and
always has been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an unbridled
enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in all
endeavors on behalf of the institution and the community it serves; and

WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body
acknowledges this exceptional business and its contributions to the
local and State economies, fully confident that it will continue to
enjoy the sparkling successes it has experienced thus far; now,
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Jack Hunt Coin Broker Inc.; and be
it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Scott Hunt, CEO/President, Jack Hunt Coin Broker Inc.
