HONORING F. Michael Tucker upon the occasion of
his designation as recipient of the 2020 Third Age
Achievement Award for Business by LifePath

WHEREAS, From time to time this Legislative Body takes note of
certain extraordinary individuals it wishes to recognize for their
valued contributions to the success and progress of society and publicly
acknowledge their endeavors which have enhanced the basic humanity among
us all; and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor F. Michael
Tucker upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the Third
Age Achievement Award for Business by LifePath which was celebrated at
its 24th Annual Awards Ceremony on Friday, September 25, 2020; and

WHEREAS, Each year, this auspicious event recognizes the
contributions area residents and professionals have made in their
communities during the Third Age, after turning 60 years-old, of their
lives; F. Michael Tucker is truly deserving of this prestigious award;
and

WHEREAS, LifePath is dedicated to keeping older neighbors and
friends healthy and safe by providing effective programs and support to
help them stay connected to their communities; and

WHEREAS, A graduate of Villanova University and the Villanova School
of Law, F. Michael Tucker is one of upstate New York's leading experts
on economic development and technology-driven business creation and
expansion; throughout his 30-year career, he has achieved numerous
accomplishments in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors; and

WHEREAS, Known for his business and economic development skills, F.
Michael Tucker has long been a catalyst in fostering the environment and
making the connections necessary for high-tech, advanced manufacturing,
and energy companies to succeed; and

WHEREAS, F. Michael Tucker is also a licensed real estate broker, an
active member of various boards and committees, and the recipient of
numerous awards and accolades for his steadfast and unremitting
commitment to his profession and community; and

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor F. Michael Tucker upon the occasion of his designation as
recipient of the 2020 Third Age Achievement Award for Business by
LifePath; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to F. Michael Tucker.
