CONGRATULATING Brandon M. Frame upon the occasion
of hosting a book signing of his newest children's
book The Adventures of Coach And Little Dell: My
First Tie, to be held March 14, 2019

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize
those artistic individuals whose creative talents and commitment to
writing contribute to the enrichment of their community and the world,
and to pay homage to a man whose life of writing stands out as an
inspiration to others; and

WHEREAS, From time to time this Legislative Body takes note of
certain extraordinary individuals it wishes to recognize for their
valued contributions to the success and progress of society and publicly
acknowledge their endeavors which have enhanced the basic humanity among
us all; and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to congratulate
Brandon M. Frame upon the occasion of hosting a book signing of his
newest children's book The Adventures of Coach And Little Dell: My First
Tie, to be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019, in New York, New York; and

WHEREAS, Brandon M. Frame is a visionary leader, social innovator
and mentor; he is also the Chief Visionary Officer of TheBlackManCan,
Inc., an award winning and internationally recognized non-profit and
digital media platform focused on celebrating, educating and inspiring
boys and men of color; and

WHEREAS, Accomplishments and accolades are no stranger to Brandon M.
Frame; what makes him extraordinary, is the humility and
servant-leadership that marks his life; and

WHEREAS, Brandon M. Frame serves as the Deputy Director of
Social-Emotional Learning at The Urban Assembly, and co-Founder of the
award winning twitter chat hiphoped; and

WHEREAS, In addition to The Adventures of Coach And Little Dell: My
First Tie, Brandon M. Frame is the author of Define Yourself, Redefine
the World: A Guided Journal for Boys and Men of Color; and

WHEREAS, For his extraordinary service to his community Brandon M.
Frame has received the Martin Luther King, Jr. Drum Major Award, and was
named both Change Maker of the Year and Next in Class in the field of
Education by Black Entertainment Television; and

WHEREAS, Brandon M. Frame's work has been featured in Black
Enterprise, The Boston Globe, and Essence; he has also been seen on CBS
and NBC; today he continues to pursue excellence with impeccable effort
in all he does; and

WHEREAS, Brandon M. Frame is a graduate of Morehouse College and
resides in the Bronx, New York; and

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when artistic
creators of such remarkable talent and accomplishments are brought to
our attention, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the
citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate Brandon M. Frame upon the occasion of hosting a book
signing of his newest children's book The Adventures of Coach And Little
Dell: My First Tie, to be held on March 14, 2019; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Author Brandon M. Frame.
