Senate Resolution No. 2143

Senate Resolution establishing a plan setting forth a
methodology for allocating certain appropriations for the
2019-2020 state fiscal year for services and expenses
related to public health programs including but not limited
to Sickle Cell, Alzheimer's Disease, Lupus, Parkinson's,
ALS, and other community health providers; such plan shall
be subject to the approval of the Temporary President of the
Senate and the Director of the Budget and thereafter shall
be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of
such monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority
vote of all members elected to the Senate upon a roll call
vote

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated in
section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2019 which enacts the aid to
localities, local assistance account from the center for community
health program for services and expenses related to public health
programs including but not limited to Sickle Cell, Alzheimer's Disease,
Lupus, Parkinson's, ALS and other community health providers. Such
funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized
list of grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the
methodology for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be
subject to the approval of the Temporary President of the Senate and the
Director of the Budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution
calling for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must be
approved by a majority vote of all members elected to the Senate upon a
roll call vote, in accordance with the following schedule:
