CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE AND ASSEMBLY
providing for the election of three Regents of the
University of the State of New York

WHEREAS, The terms of the Regents of the University of the State of
New York elected from the first, sixth and seventh Judicial Districts
expire on the thirty-first day of March in the year two thousand
twenty-two; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), That pursuant to the provisions of
section 202 of the education law, the vacancies created by the
expiration of these terms are hereby filled by concurrent resolution;
and be it further

RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), That Shino Tanikawa of the county of
New York be elected Regent of the University of the State of New York
from the first Judicial District for a term of five years commencing on
the first day of April in the year two thousand twenty-two; and be it
further

RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), That Susan W. Mittler of the county
of Tompkins be re-elected Regent of the University of the State of New
York from the sixth Judicial District for a term of five years
commencing on the first day of April in the year two thousand
twenty-two; and be it further

RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), That Ruth B. Turner of the county of
Monroe be re-elected Regent of the University of the State of New York
from the seventh Judicial District for a term of five years commencing
on the first day of April in the year two thousand twenty-two.
