HONORING Colin Myers upon the occasion of his
special designation by Pace University at the
Elisabeth Haub School of Law Leadership Award Dinner
on March 14, 2024

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Colin Myers upon the occasion of his special designation for his
exemplary service to his community and State by Pace University, to be
celebrated on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the 29th Annual Elisabeth
Haub School of Law Leadership Award Dinner at the Westchester Country
Club in Rye, New York; and

WHEREAS, The Law Leadership Dinner is the signature fundraiser for
the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a celebration to
honor individuals or organizations that have made outstanding
contributions to the legal community, the Law School, and the practice
of Law; and

WHEREAS, Colin Myers is a corporate associate at Paul, Weiss,
Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP; in this role, he supports the
sustainability office and environmental, social, and governance ("ESG")
teams of a leading alternative asset manager by performing ESG due
diligence for transactions by managed funds, responding to ESG due
diligence questionnaires from current and prospective fund investors,
and reviewing ESG marketing materials; and

WHEREAS, Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Colin Myers began his career
as a senior consultant in the ESG advisory group at FTI Consulting,
Inc., where he assisted companies with setting ESG strategy and
developing sustainability reports; and

WHEREAS, Colin Myers graduated magna cum laude from the State
University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry
with a bachelor's degree in natural resources management; he also
graduated magna cum laude from Pace Haub Law in 2021 with a JD/MBA and
his studies were focused on environmental and corporate law; and

WHEREAS, While at Pace Haub Law, Colin Myers participated in the
Federal Judicial Honors Program and was Managing Editor of the Pace
Environmental Law Review; he remains active in the Pace community,
serving on the advisory board of the Pace Haub Law's Sustainable
Business Law Hub and regularly guest speaking for Professor Jason
Czarnezki's Sustainable Business Law class; and

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body that when
individuals of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our

attention, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens
of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Colin Myers upon the occasion of his special designation for his
exemplary service to his community and State by Pace University at the
Elisabeth Haub School of Law Leadership Award Dinner on March 14, 2024;
and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Colin Myers.
