COMMENDING Hadji Court No. 62 of Buffalo, New York
upon the occasion of hosting its Annual Illustrious
Commandress Ball

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize that
the quality and character of life in the communities across New York
State are reflective of the concerned and dedicated efforts of those
organizations and individuals who would devote themselves to the welfare
of the community and its citizenry; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to
commend Hadji Court No. 62 of Buffalo, New York upon the occasion of
hosting its Annual Illustrious Commandress Ball at the Buffalo Airport
Hotel from September 6-8, 2024; and

WHEREAS, This year's Annual Illustrious Commandress Ball honors
Illustrious Commandress Dt. Alexis P. Onyszkiewicz of Hadji Court No.
62; and

WHEREAS, Illustrious Commandress Dt. Alexis P. Onyszkiewicz, through
her strong leadership, steady teachings, and unwavering love for her
court, community, family, and her fellow sisters, has shown that
leadership can be done with true grace and elegance; and

WHEREAS, The women of Hadji Court No. 62 continue to show their
efforts with their most honorable deeds and efforts to positively impact
their community and continue to show their desire to improve the places
they live and worship for all; and

WHEREAS, Hadji Court No. 62 has shown the strong qualities of an
organization that has taken due notice of their collective actions,
while uplifting, developing, and showing the way for the youth in the
community, as well as being a caring hand for our beloved elders; and

WHEREAS, The success of Hadji Court No. 62 is in direct correlation
to the efforts of its members, whose involvement is, and always has
been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an unbridled
enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in all
endeavors on behalf of the organization and the community it serves; and

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body that when
individuals and institutions of such noble aims and accomplishments are
brought to our attention, they should be celebrated and recognized by
all the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Hadji Court No. 62 of Buffalo, New York upon the occasion of
hosting its Annual Illustrious Commandress Ball; and be it further

RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Illustrious Commandress Dt. Alexis P. Onyszkiewicz, and
Hadji Court No. 62.
