AMENDING Senate Resolution R5911 of 2018
establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2018-19 state fiscal year for services and expenses
of military base retention and research efforts, as
required by such appropriation and subdivision 5 of
section 24 of the state finance law. This plan shall
be subject to the approval of the temporary
president of the Senate and the director of the
budget and thereafter this resolution must be
approved by a majority vote of all members elected
to the Senate upon a roll call vote
RESOLVED, that pursuant to, and as required by, moneys
appropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2018 that
enacts the aid to localities budget, to the New York state urban
development corporation under the economic development program from
the general fund/local assistance account for services and expenses of
military base retention and research efforts shall be allocated only
pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the
amount to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating such
appropriation. This plan, which shall be subject to the approval of
the temporary president of the senate and the director of the budget
and thereafter shall be approved by a majority vote of all members
elected to the senate upon a roll call vote, is to allocate such
appropriation as follows and as adopted by Senate Resolution R5911 of
2018:
