AMENDING Senate Resolution R2866 of 2022
establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2022-2023 state fiscal year for services and
expenses of human services and veterans community
services organizations. Notwithstanding any
provision of law to the contrary, the amounts
appropriated herein may be sub allocated or
transferred between other agencies, including the
office of temporary and disability assistance and
the division of veterans' services, as required by a
plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with
the amount to be received by each, or the
methodology for allocating such appropriation. Such
plan shall be subject to the approval of the
temporary president of the senate and the director
of the budget and thereafter shall be included in a
resolution calling for the expenditure of such
monies, which resolution must be approved by a
majority vote of all members elected to the senate
upon a roll call vote

RESOLVED, That funds originally appropriated in 2022, pursuant to
section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2022 and reappropriated
pursuant to section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2024 which enacts
the aid to localities, local assistance account, services and expenses
of human services and veterans community services organizations.
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the amounts
appropriated herein may be sub allocated or transferred between other
agencies, including the office of temporary and disability assistance
and the division of veterans' services. Such funds shall be
apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology
for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of
the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling
for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must be approved
by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll
call vote, in accordance with the following schedule which shall
amend, remove from, or add to the schedule approved in Senate
Resolution R2866 of 2022 as amended by R1398 of 2023:
