CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE AND ASSEMBLY
providing for the election of two Regents of the
University of the State of New York

WHEREAS, The term of one Regent of the University of the State of
New York elected At Large and the term of the Regent of the University
of the State of New York from the fifth Judicial District expire on the
thirty-first day of March in the year two thousand twenty-six; and

RESOLVED, (if the concur), That pursuant to the provisions of
section 202 of the education law, the vacancies created by the
expiration of these terms and for other cause are hereby filled by
concurrent resolution; and

RESOLVED, (if the concur), That Patrick A. Mannion of the
county of Onondaga be re-elected Regent of the University of the State
of New York from the fifth Judicial District for a term of five years
commencing on the first day of April in the year two thousand
twenty-six; and

RESOLVED, (if the concur), That Dr. Janice W. Shorenstein of
the county of New York be elected At Large a Regent of the University of
the State of New York for a term of five years commencing on the first
day of April in the year two thousand twenty-six.
