HONORING Emma Stamm upon the occasion of her
designation as recipient of the 2025 Citizenship
Advancement Award

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
pay tribute to those young people, within this great Empire State, who
have made strong contributions to their communities and serve as role
models for their peers; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Emma Stamm, upon the occasion of her designation as recipient of the
2025 Citizenship Advancement Award, to be recognized at a senior
scholarship ceremony at Wellington C. Mepham High School on Wednesday,
May 28, 2025; and

WHEREAS, Emma Stamm, committed to hard work, has achieved excellence
in academics, community service, and extracurricular endeavors, justly
earning this esteemed recognition; and

WHEREAS, Poised eagerly with enthusiasm and determined purpose, this
respected scholar and distinguished member of her community now stands
honorably with just pride in her accomplishments and in eager
anticipation of all her future endeavors and limitless opportunities;
and

WHEREAS, It is of utmost importance to honor the youth of today, the
leaders of tomorrow, whose character and achievements exemplify the
ideals and values cherished by this great State and Nation; now,
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Emma Stamm upon the occasion of her designation as recipient of
the 2025 Citizenship Advancement Award; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Emma Stamm.
