COMMEMORATING the 2025 IFN Investor Americas Forum
to be held on June 17, 2025

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
support international forums that promote transparency, global
collaboration, and ethical financial innovation, particularly those that
take place within the great State of New York; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is proud to commemorate
the 2025 IFN Investor Americas Forum, to be held on Tuesday, June 17,
2025, in Manhattan, New York; and

WHEREAS, The IFN Investor Americas Forum is organized by REDmoney
Events and marks its inaugural return to the United States since 2019,
reflecting the evolving landscape of Islamic finance and investment
engagement between North America and the Gulf Cooperation Council
region; and

WHEREAS, The Forum brings together leading institutional investors,
asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, Shariah advisory firms, and
regulatory professionals to explore two-way investment flows and the
rise of Shariah-compliant finance in the American marketplace; and

WHEREAS, The Forum's bespoke format features high-level panel
discussions, targeted networking, and strategic dialogues designed to
foster collaboration, promote market accessibility, and align global
capital with socially responsible and Shariah-compliant investment
standards; and

WHEREAS, The State of New York stands as a global hub of commerce
and finance, and the presence of the IFN Investor Americas Forum in New
York City further affirms the state's role in shaping inclusive,
ethical, and forward-looking financial markets; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commemorate the 2025 IFN Investor Americas Forum, to be held on June 17,
2025, and to applaud REDmoney Events and all participating institutions
for their role in advancing global financial dialogue and innovation;
and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to the organizers of the IFN Investor Americas Forum.
