HONORING Al Maseer No. 251 upon the occasion of
hosting its Joint Ball Weekend, honoring Illustrious
Potentate Kenyell T. Smalls and Illustrious
Commandress Lauren B. Wiggins
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
pay tribute to those esteemed fraternal organizations and exemplary
individuals who devote themselves to uplifting their communities and
fostering a legacy of service, unity, and excellence; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is proud to honor Al
Maseer No. 251 upon the occasion of hosting its Joint Ball Weekend, to
be held from Friday, September 26 through Sunday, September 28, 2025;
and
WHEREAS, This celebratory weekend stands as a distinguished moment
in the life of the Temple and Court, as it brings together Nobles and
Daughters, friends, and supporters in recognition of shared service and
accomplishments; and
WHEREAS, The 2025 Joint Ball Weekend will especially honor two
outstanding leaders: Illustrious Potentate Kenyell T. Smalls and
Illustrious Commandress Lauren B. Wiggins, who have served with
distinction and dedication throughout their respective terms; and
WHEREAS, Illustrious Potentate Kenyell T. Smalls is celebrated for
his steadfast commitment to leadership, brotherhood, and community
engagement; through his visionary guidance of Al Maseer Temple No. 251,
he has advanced the Temple's mission of charitable service, civic
responsibility, and fraternal excellence; and
WHEREAS, Illustrious Commandress Lauren B. Wiggins is likewise
recognized for her tireless dedication, compassionate leadership, and
unwavering support for the Daughters of Al Maseer Court No. 251; her
stewardship has strengthened the Court's impact on the lives of women
and families through mentorship, service, and empowerment; and
WHEREAS, The Joint Ball Weekend is a moment to reflect on the
achievements of these exceptional leaders, celebrate their enduring
legacies, and reaffirm the bonds of unity and purpose that define the
Prince Hall Shriners and Daughters; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Al Maseer No. 251 upon the occasion of hosting its 2025 Joint Ball
Weekend, and to recognize Illustrious Potentate Kenyell T. Smalls and
Illustrious Commandress Lauren B. Wiggins for their extraordinary
leadership and service; and be it further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Al Maseer Temple No. 251, Al Maseer Court No. 251, and
the distinguished honorees as an expression of high respect and
admiration.
