COMMENDING HPIP Jimmie Chaple Imperial Deputy of
the Desert of New York Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order
Nobles Mystic Shrine (A.E.A.O.N.M.S.) upon the
occasion of the 2026 Desert Conference

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend distinguished leaders whose unwavering commitment to service,
fraternal excellence, and community uplift has contributed meaningfully
to the moral, civic, and humanitarian fabric of the State of New York;
and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to
commend HPIP Jimmie Chaple, Imperial Deputy of the Desert of New York,
Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine (A.E.A.O.N.M.S.),
upon the occasion of the 2026 Desert Conference, to be held Thursday,
May 14-Sunday, May 17, 2026; and

WHEREAS, As Imperial Deputy of the Desert, HPIP Jimmie Chaple serves
in a position of high trust and responsibility, charged with advancing
the mission, vision, and operational strength of the Desert of New York
while upholding the ancient and honorable traditions of the Shrine
rooted in fraternity, faith, charity, and disciplined leadership; and

WHEREAS, The Desert of New York has long stood as a beacon of
charitable service, civic engagement, and fraternal unity, fostering
brotherhood, mentorship, and leadership among its Nobles while extending
meaningful service to communities throughout the State; and

WHEREAS, Under the distinguished leadership of HPIP Jimmie Chaple,
the 2026 Desert Conference serves as a vital convocation for Nobles and
leaders from across New York, providing opportunities for strategic
dialogue, leadership development, ceremonial observance, and renewed
commitment to the philanthropic and civic objectives of the
A.E.A.O.N.M.S.; and

WHEREAS, Through steadfast dedication to scholarship initiatives,
youth mentorship, health awareness efforts, and charitable outreach,
HPIP Jimmie Chaple exemplifies the highest ideals of the Shrine,
reinforcing its enduring legacy of service, compassion, and collective
advancement; and

WHEREAS, The 2026 Desert Conference represents a significant moment
of reflection, fellowship, and forward vision for the Desert of New
York, celebrating both its storied legacy and its continued pursuit of
excellence under enlightened leadership; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend HPIP Jimmie Chaple, Imperial Deputy of the Desert of New York,
A.E.A.O.N.M.S., upon the occasion of the 2026 Desert Conference, and to
extend best wishes for continued success in leadership, fellowship, and
service; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to HPIP Jimmie Chaple, Imperial Deputy of the Desert of New
York, A.E.A.O.N.M.S.
