HONORING Berthe Erisnor, Chief Administrative
Officer of the Aligned Clinician Enterprise (ACE),
upon the occasion of receiving the Businesswoman of
the Year Award in Health Care Management &
Administration

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend individuals whose extraordinary leadership, innovation, and
service have advanced healthcare access, operational excellence, and
patient-centered care while inspiring others across the professional,
civic, and business communities; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Berthe Erisnor, Chief Administrative Officer of the Aligned Clinician
Enterprise (ACE), upon the occasion of receiving the Businesswoman of
the Year Award in Health Care Management & Administration by Young,
Gifted, & Black Entrepreneurial Awards, Inc.; and

WHEREAS, Founded in 2006 by Carl Gray, Young, Gifted, & Black
Entrepreneurial Awards, Inc., is a nonprofit organization dedicated to
recognizing distinguished individuals of color across the Americas, the
Caribbean, and Africa, celebrating "unsung heroes and heroines" whose
leadership, resilience, and service have made a lasting impact across
business, healthcare, culture, and community development; and

WHEREAS, As the inaugural Chief Administrative Officer of ACE, which
encompasses Yale Medicine and Northeast Medical Group, Berthe Erisnor
leads strategic initiatives to enhance patient quality, service, and
access while providing executive-level oversight of management services
organization functions and supporting enterprise-wide clinician
recruitment and primary care strategy; and

WHEREAS, Prior to joining Yale in August 2024, Berthe Erisnor served
as Vice President for Ambulatory Services at Mount Sinai Morningside
where she strengthened and expanded the hospital's ambulatory network,
developed diverse clinical services, optimized revenue cycles,
standardized best practices, and enhanced operational efficiency; and

WHEREAS, Earlier in her distinguished career, Berthe Erisnor held
key executive leadership roles at Northwell Health System, New York's
largest healthcare provider, where she contributed to enterprise-wide
healthcare management, administration, and operational excellence; and

WHEREAS, Through her visionary leadership, Berthe Erisnor has
consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving healthcare delivery,
advancing clinical operations, mentoring emerging leaders, and
championing equity and inclusion across organizational structures; and

WHEREAS, Berthe Erisnor's outstanding achievements in healthcare
management, strategic administration, and executive leadership serve as
an inspiration to women, professionals of color, and the broader

healthcare community, exemplifying the principles of innovation,
service, and excellence; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Berthe Erisnor, upon the occasion of receiving the Businesswoman
of the Year Award in Health Care Management & Administration, and to
commend her exemplary contributions to healthcare leadership,
operational excellence, and organizational innovation; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Berthe Erisnor as an expression of the highest respect
and appreciation of this Legislative Body.
