HONORING Michael Donner of Donner's Landscaping &
Property Services upon the occasion of his
designation as Emerging Entrepreneur by the Clarence
Chamber of Commerce, to be celebrated on March 19,
2026

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
honor those outstanding individuals whose commitment, dedication, and
service contribute significantly to the vitality and well-being of the
communities of New York State; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Michael Donner of Donner's Landscaping & Property Services upon the
occasion of his designation as Emerging Entrepreneur by the Clarence
Chamber of Commerce, to be celebrated at its 53rd Annual Awards Gala on
Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Samuel's Grande Manor in Williamsville, New
York; and

WHEREAS, Donner's Landscaping & Property Services, LLC, was
officially founded in November of 2022, although Michael Donner began
assisting clients with driveway and sidewalk shoveling in 2021; and

WHEREAS, Determined to succeed, Michael Donner used his personal
sedan to complete contracts timely and efficiently despite not having a
business vehicle during his first season; and

WHEREAS, Eventually, Michael Donner and Donner's Landscaping &
Property Services began expanding their services by doing small
landscape leveled tree work and snowplowing with a newly acquired truck;
and

WHEREAS, Following their official founding in 2022, Donner's
Landscaping & Property Services has continually expanded their services
and revenue each season; the company is now staffed by three crews with
nine total employees; and

WHEREAS, Serving the Clarence, Williamsville, Lancaster, and
Cheektowaga communities, Donner's Landscaping & Property Services
proudly offers a wide variety of top-quality services, including lawn
maintenance, landscape renovations, spring clean-ups, leaf clean-ups,
gutter cleanings and repairs, tree and stump removal, tree trimming, and
snow removal; and

WHEREAS, Founded and operated upon Michael Donner's vision, Donner's
Landscaping & Property Services ensures they can assist with all aspects
of property maintenance, and employees approach all clients with a
helpful and professional mindset; and

WHEREAS, The Clarence Chamber of Commerce's recognition of Michael
Donner as Emerging Entrepreneur is a fitting tribute to an individual
whose organization's innovation and service has strengthened the

Clarence community and enriched the lives of countless individuals and
families; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Michael Donner of Donner's Landscaping & Property Services upon
the occasion of his designation as Emerging Entrepreneur by the Clarence
Chamber of Commerce on March 19, 2026; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Michael Donner of Donner's Landscaping & Property
Services.
