HONORING Kelsey Broadley, Founder and Owner of
Emma's Place, upon the occasion of her designation
as an Emerging Entrepreneur by the Clarence Chamber
of Commerce, to be celebrated on March 19, 2026

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend individuals whose entrepreneurial vision, creativity, and
dedication to community enrichment contribute to the economic and
cultural vitality of the State of New York; and

WHEREAS, Kelsey Broadley has been selected as an Emerging
Entrepreneur by the Clarence Chamber of Commerce, an honor to be
bestowed at the Chamber's 53rd Annual Awards Gala on Thursday, March 19,
2026, at Samuel's Grande Manor in Williamsville, New York; and

WHEREAS, In late 2024, Kelsey Broadley proudly opened Emma's Place,
a boutique home and gift shop created to serve women through all phases
of life, offering a warm and thoughtfully curated shopping experience
rooted in style, connection, and personal expression; and

WHEREAS, Emma's Place is named in honor of Kelsey Broadley's
daughter, Emma, and was intentionally designed as a Mother/Daughter
shopping destination, reflecting family values and the joy of shared
experiences across generations; and

WHEREAS, Guided by the belief that every home should reflect the
personality and warmth of those who inhabit it, Emma's Place bridges the
gap between ordinary living spaces and enchantingly personalized
environments, offering handpicked decor and gifts that transform houses
into homes; and

WHEREAS, Drawing upon years of experience collaborating with diverse
businesses, Kelsey Broadley brings a wealth of knowledge, a keen eye for
style, and a genuine passion for hosting and home aesthetics to her
boutique, turning her creative vision into a thriving and welcoming
enterprise; and

WHEREAS, Emma's Place offers a carefully curated selection of
unique, fun, and expressive decor, ranging from contemporary art pieces
to classic furnishings, each chosen to inspire, delight, and celebrate
individuality; and

WHEREAS, Since opening its doors, Emma's Place has become more than
a retail store-it is a reflection of community, creativity, and
connection, providing customers with a space that values warmth,
inspiration, and personal style; and

WHEREAS, The Clarence Chamber of Commerce's recognition of Kelsey
Broadley as an Emerging Entrepreneur honors her innovation, dedication,
and positive contribution to the local business community; now,
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Kelsey Broadley upon the occasion of her designation as an
Emerging Entrepreneur by the Clarence Chamber of Commerce on March 19,
2026; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Kelsey Broadley, Emma's Place.
