HONORING Hayley Brown, Taylor Prost, and Brittany
Newman of Signature Hair Salon upon the occasion of
their designation as Emerging Entrepreneurs by the
Clarence Chamber of Commerce, to be celebrated on
March 19, 2026

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to acknowledge and
commend those individuals whose entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and
commitment to excellence strengthen the economic and social fabric of
the State of New York; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Hayley Brown, Taylor Prost, and Brittany Newman of Signature Hair Salon
upon the occasion of their designation as Emerging Entrepreneurs by the
Clarence Chamber of Commerce, to be celebrated at its 53rd Annual Awards
Gala on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Samuel's Grande Manor in
Williamsville, New York; and

WHEREAS, In October of 2024, Hayley Brown, Taylor Prost, and
Brittany Newman proudly opened the doors of Signature Hair Salon,
transforming their shared vision into a thriving business built upon
professionalism, creativity, and individualized client care; and

WHEREAS, With more than 30 years of combined professional experience
in the beauty industry, these three entrepreneurs brought both expertise
and passion to the establishment of Signature Hair Salon, creating a
space that reflects beauty, individuality, and excellence; and

WHEREAS, Signature Hair Salon was founded on the belief that no two
clients are the same, and that each individual deserves a personalized
and signature experience in an environment that is welcoming, warm, and
attentive to detail; and

WHEREAS, Through their dedication, artistry, and commitment to
listening and understanding their clients, Hayley Brown, Taylor Prost,
and Brittany Newman have cultivated a salon culture in which clients
feel valued, heard, and respected, contributing to strong community
relationships and customer loyalty; and

WHEREAS, Their entrepreneurial journey reflects gratitude and
appreciation for the support of spouses, families, friends, clients, and
the greater community, whose encouragement has been instrumental in the
growth and success of Signature Hair Salon; and

WHEREAS, The Clarence Chamber of Commerce's designation of Hayley
Brown, Taylor Prost, and Brittany Newman as Emerging Entrepreneurs
recognizes not only their business success, but also their leadership,
vision, and positive impact on the local economy; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Hayley Brown, Taylor Prost, and Brittany Newman of Signature Hair

Salon upon the occasion of their designation as Emerging Entrepreneurs
by the Clarence Chamber of Commerce on March 19, 2026; and be it further

RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Hayley Brown, Taylor Prost, and Brittany Newman,
Signature Hair Salon.
