CONGRATULATING the Tioga Central Tigers Football
Team upon the occasion of winning the 2025 New York
State Public High School Athletic Association Class
D Boys Football Championship

WHEREAS, Individual and team championships are highly sought after
in high school sports; this Legislative Body commends rare athletic
achievements and pays special recognition to those who pursue such
excellence and become examples for the youth of this great Empire State;
and

WHEREAS, Athletic competition helps to enhance both the moral and
physical development of young athletes, preparing them for the future by
instilling in them the importance of teamwork, encouraging a standard of
healthy living, and developing a sense of fair play and competition; and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to congratulate the
Tioga Central Tigers Football Team upon the occasion of winning the 2025
New York State Public High School Athletic Association Class D Boys
Football Championship at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, New York; to
the praise and applause of their excited fans, the Tioga Central Tigers
defeated the Tuckahoe Tigers in a 42-31 victory to win the Championship;
and

WHEREAS, Proudly donning their school's colors, family, friends, and
the community at large loyally and enthusiastically supported the Tioga
Central Tigers throughout their journey as they ended their season with
an impressive 13-1 overall record, only losing their first game and
continuing the season with a 13-game winning streak; and

WHEREAS, In a sport such as football, which demands athletic
prowess, speed, and agility, Varisty Coaches Nick Aiello, Adam MaCauley,
Jordan Hathaway, and Josh Kithcart, and their expert coaches and staff
worked hard to hone the skills of this championship team, teaching these
outstanding athletes lessons which will prove invaluable both on and off
the field; and

WHEREAS, The Tioga Central Tigers' coaches and all of the
outstanding athletes on the Tioga Central High School Football Team have
clearly utilized dedication, determination, and teamwork in providing a
lasting contribution to the spirit of excellence, which is a tradition
of their school; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate the members of the Tioga Central Tigers Football Team:
Gavin Albrecht, Logan Bellis, Elijah Bellis, Jackson Bombard, Caden
Bradley, Brendan Clark, Kadin Cole, Liamm Comstock, Jayden Duncanson,
Gage Hopkins, James Howey, Nate Hulbert, Gavin Kithcart, Carson Labour,
Brayden Lounsbury, Kaleb Malone, Mark McCane, Derek Mills, Austin
Mumbulo, Dominic Palmer, Owen Parker, Max Paugh, Shane Platukis, Jason
Rifenburg, Cameron Ross, Josh Rought, Bailey Rugh, Andrew Sherman, Max
Stauder, Connor Streeter, Jordan Vanderpool, Markel Watkins, and Allen
Winans; Varsity Coaches Nick Aiello, Adam MaCauley, Jordan Hathaway, and

Josh Kithcart; Junior Varsity Coaches, Jake Howland, Tyler Spires,
Connor Hutchinson, and John Worthing; Modified Coaches, Stan Siberski,
Jude Platukis, Dan Pearce, and Scott Siberski; Strength Coach, Cole
Williams; and Athletic Trainer Jason Taylor on their outstanding season
and overall team record; and be it further

RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to the members of the Tioga Central Tigers Football Team and
their coaches.
