COMMENDING Silver Queen Chapter No. 43, Prince
Hall Order of Eastern Star, upon the occasion of
hosting its All White Affair on July 12, 2026

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
pay tribute to those organizations of high purpose and worthy
accomplishment whose enduring commitment to sisterhood, service, and the
traditions of the Prince Hall Order of Eastern Star has enriched the
civic and spiritual life of the State of New York; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to
commend Silver Queen Chapter No. 43, Prince Hall Order of Eastern Star,
upon the occasion of hosting its All White Affair on Sunday, July 12,
2026, at The Pavilion in Staten Island, New York; and

WHEREAS, The dedicated sisters and brothers of Silver Queen Chapter
No. 43 are bound together by the five-pointed star and the timeless
teachings drawn from the lives of Adah, Ruth, Esther, Martha, and
Electa, whose stories of loyalty, constancy, faith, love, and fidelity
speak across the centuries to the enduring values of the Order; and

WHEREAS, Silver Queen Chapter No. 43 has served its community with
distinction, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the principles
of the Prince Hall Order of Eastern Star for 81 years, a legacy of
sisterhood and service that stands as one of the finest in the New York
jurisdiction and a testament to the enduring power of women and men of
conscience coming together in common purpose; and

WHEREAS, The Chapter is led with grace, vision, and exemplary
devotion by Worthy Matron Cynthia L. Chadwick and Worthy Patron Rhonny
King, whose leadership reflects the highest ideals of the Order and
whose stewardship of this Chapter honors the 81 years of service upon
which they now build; and

WHEREAS, The All White Affair is a beloved tradition within the
Eastern Star family, a celebration of unity, elegance, and fellowship
that brings together sisters, brothers, families, and guests in a spirit
of joy and communal pride, honoring the bonds of the Order and the
shared commitment to service that unites all who wear the star; and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is proudly moved to honor Silver
Queen Chapter No. 43, Worthy Matron Cynthia L. Chadwick, Worthy Patron
Rhonny King, and all officers and members whose 81 years of faithful and
dedicated service represent the living tradition of the Prince Hall
Order of Eastern Star at its finest; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Silver Queen Chapter No. 43, Prince Hall Order of Eastern Star,
upon the occasion of hosting its All White Affair on July 12, 2026,
celebrating 81 years of service, and to extend congratulations and
deepest appreciation to Worthy Matron Cynthia L. Chadwick, Worthy Patron
Rhonny King, and the entire Chapter family; and be it further


RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Worthy Matron Cynthia L. Chadwick, Worthy Patron Rhonny
King, and the officers and members of Silver Queen Chapter No. 43,
Prince Hall Order of Eastern Star, State of New York, in recognition of
81 years of steadfast commitment to the principles and traditions of the
Order.
