HONORING Crossborder Development Corporation upon
the occasion of its designation as recipient of the
2025 Small Business of the Year Award by the North
Country Chamber of Commerce

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize the
achievements of those individuals and businesses that contribute
substantially to the economic vitality of their communities, thereby
enhancing the economic well-being of the entire Empire State; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Crossborder Development upon the occasion of its designation as
recipient of the 2025 Small Business of the Year Award by the North
Country Chamber of Commerce at its 113th Annual Awards Dinner on Friday,
January 31, 2025, at the Warren Ballroom at SUNY Plattsburgh; and

WHEREAS, Specializing in helping international companies expand into
the U.S., particularly businesses from USMCA countries, Crossborder
Development provides expert support to streamline market entry and
ensure long-term success; their comprehensive services, including
immigration assistance, relocation support, and human resources setup
have made a meaningful impact on businesses seeking to establish a
foothold in the North Country and beyond; and

WHEREAS, Crossborder Development is invested in the community, and
works to foster economic partnerships as well as supporting workforce
development initiatives; and

WHEREAS, Crossborder Development understands the complexities and
challenges associated with cross-border business growth; their team of
professionals provide tailored services to meet the unique needs of
their clientele, ensuring the smoothest possible transition and growth
into the United States and New York markets; and

WHEREAS, The business' staffing and recruiting expertise not only
helps companies build dynamic teams, but also strengthens the regional
labor market; its dedication to business excellence and community
support truly makes Crossborder Development worthy of this prestigious
recognition; and

WHEREAS, Businesses that give of their time and energies to serve
the best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration
and cannot be sufficiently extolled; and

WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body
acknowledges this exceptional business and its contributions to the
local and State economies, fully confident that it will continue to
enjoy the sparkling successes he has experienced thus far; now,
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Crossborder Development Corporation upon the occasion of its

designation as recipient of the 2025 Small Business of the Year Award by
the North Country Chamber of Commerce; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Crossborder Development Corporation.
