HONORING Monaghan Medical Corporation upon the
occasion of its designation as recipient of the 2025
Business of the Year Award by the North Country
Chamber of Commerce

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize the
achievements of those individuals and businesses that contribute
substantially to the economic vitality of their communities, thereby
enhancing the economic well-being of the entire Empire State; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Monaghan Medical Corporation upon the occasion of its designation as
recipient of the 2025 Business of the Year Award by the North Country
Chamber of Commerce at its 113th Annual Awards Dinner on Friday, January
31, 2025, at the Warren Ballroom at SUNY Plattsburgh; and

WHEREAS, For its significant contributions to both the healthcare
industry and the North Country community, Monaghan Medical Corporation
was named Business of the Year; and

WHEREAS, This esteemed company specializes in the development and
manufacture of innovative, high-quality aerosol drug delivery devices
and respiratory management products, improving patient outcomes
worldwide; with the support of a state-of-the-art aerosol research
laboratory, Monaghan Medical Corporation continues to set the standard
for advanced, therapeutic, and cost-effective respiratory solutions that
help people breathe easier; and

WHEREAS, In addition to its industry leadership, Monaghan Medical
Corporation is a committed community ally, consistently supporting local
health initiatives, educational programs, and wellness events; the
company's focus on regional partnerships and charitable contributions
demonstrates a strong dedication to public health, workforce
development, and economic progress; and

WHEREAS, As an employer of many local citizens and as a leading
manufacturer in its field, Monaghan Medical Corporation's investment in
the area and its inherent benefits to the community at large have proven
invaluable; and

WHEREAS, Businesses that give of their time and energies to serve
the best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration
and cannot be sufficiently extolled; and

WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body
acknowledges this exceptional business and its contributions to the
local and State economies, fully confident that it will continue to
enjoy the sparkling successes it has experienced thus far; now,
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Monaghan Medical Corporation upon the occasion of its designation

as recipient of the 2025 Business of the Year Award by the North Country
Chamber of Commerce; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Monaghan Medical Corporation.
