HONORING BankOnBuffalo upon the occasion of its
designation as recipient of the Flora Leamer
Community Involvement Award by the Clarence Chamber
of Commerce at its 52nd Annual Awards Gala on March
20, 2025

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend those distinguished citizens, organizations, and institutions
which devote their work and purpose to community service, contributing
to the welfare of the citizens of their communities and this great
Empire State; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
BankOnBuffalo upon the occasion of its designation as recipient of the
Flora Leamer Community Involvement Award by the Clarence Chamber of
Commerce at its 52nd Annual Awards Gala on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at
Samuel's Grand Manor in Williamsville, New York; and

WHEREAS, BankOnBuffalo was selected for this prestigious award for
its steadfast and unremitting commitment to its beloved community; and

WHEREAS, This esteemed accolade, named after the late Flora Leamer,
a passionate and cherished citizen who was devoted to the growth and
success of Clarence, honors citizens, organizations, and institutions
which have demonstrated the utmost care and concern for their
surrounding community, and have created an enduring impact by result of
their active involvement; and

WHEREAS, From its inception in 2017, BankOnBuffalo has prided itself
on its consumer-focused, community-oriented approach in its daily
operations; the business emphasizes local decision making and strong
relationships with its costumers to meet the diverse financial needs of
its clients, ranging from personal banking solutions to commercial
lending; and

WHEREAS, BankOnBuffalo stands strong in its core values of
integrity, trust, and collaboration; these principles have contributed
to the institution's continued growth and renowned reputation; and

WHEREAS, In addition to its innovative products, hands-on customer
service, and deep understanding of community needs, BankOnBuffalo has
remained committed to supporting the local economy through community
engagement and investments; small businesses, large organizations, and
families alike have placed their trust in this financial institution
largely due to its strong focus on building lasting, meaningful
relationships with the communities it serves; and

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the well-being and vitality of their community and have shown a
long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly have earned the
recognition and applause of all the citizens of this great Empire State;
now, therefore, be it


RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honoring BankOnBuffalo upon the occasion of its designation as recipient
of the Flora Leamer Community Involvement Award by the Clarence Chamber
of Commerce; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to BankOnBuffalo.
