HONORING Noah Levan of Melody Magic upon the
occasion of being recognized as the Clarence Chamber
of Commerce's 2026 Emerging Entrepreneur

WHEREAS, Individuals who give of their time and energies and serve
the best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration
and cannot be sufficiently extolled; and

WHEREAS, Noah Levan has given not only of his time and energies but
also of his competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently has
been designated for special honor; and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Noah Levan
of Melody Magic upon the occasion of being recognized as the Clarence
Chamber of Commerce's 2026 Emerging Entrepreneur at the 53rd Annual
Awards Gala on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Samuel's Grande Manor in
Williamsville, New York; and

WHEREAS, Through his company, Melody Magic, Noah Levan provides the
community of Clarence the opportunity to realize their talents through
piano lessons, DJ courses, art classes and publishing services; and

WHEREAS, Noah Levan's vision of a creative sanctuary dedicated to
the arts of storytelling, sound, and visual expression is brought to
life in his business, Melody Magic, a multifaceted publishing house that
occupies a unique niche where the written word meets the rhythmic beat
and provides a home for aspiring creators of all ages and mediums; and

WHEREAS, Melody Magic is named after the persistent magic that
embodies Noah Levan's daughter, Melody, who carries this unique charm
through her essence, creativity, and deep thoughtfulness for her
surroundings; and

WHEREAS, Aiming to engage with both children and adults in his
hometown of Clarence, NY, Noah Levan is committed to giving back to the
same community that influenced him at the former Clarence Youth Center
and Clarence School District Arts Programs and the many role models and
teachers who inspired him through art, music, poetry, and dance; and

WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of his community service, a
period of constructive involvement, Noah Levan has stood constant in
dignity, good grace and humor; and

WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an
individual for the benefit of others which Noah Levan has displayed
throughout his life; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Noah Levan of Melody Magic upon the occasion of being recognized
as the Clarence Chamber of Commerce's 2026 Emerging Entrepreneur; and be
it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Noah Levan.
