AMENDING Senate Resolution R3725 of 2010,
establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for the New York State Economic
Development Assistance Program established pursuant
to an appropriation in the 2008-09 state fiscal year
and in Part QQ of chapter 57 of the laws of 2008

RESOLVED, That funds originally appropriated in 2008 pursuant to
part QQ of chapter 57 of the laws of 2008 and by section 5 of chapter
53 of the laws of 2008 and reappropriated pursuant to section 1 of
chapter 54 of the laws of 2025 which enacts the capital budget
appropriating monies for the New York State Economic Development
Assistance Program. Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a plan
setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount received by
each, or the methodology for allocating such appropriation. Such plan
shall be subject to the approval of the temporary president of the
senate and the director of the budget and thereafter shall be included
in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such monies, which
resolution must be approved by a majority vote of all members elected
to the senate upon a roll call vote, in accordance with schedule which
shall amend, remove from or add to the schedule originally approved in
Senate Resolutions R2697, 2698, 2699, 2700, 2701 and 2702 of 2011,
R5596 of 2012, R2682 of 2013, R6136 of 2014, R3055 of 2015, R6508 of
2016, R3068 of 2017, R5912 of 2018, R2144 of 2019, R3299 of 2020,
R1248 of 2021, R2865 of 2022, R1395 of 2023, and R2708 of 2024:
