AMENDING SENATE RESOLUTION R1241 of 2025
establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2024-25 state fiscal year for services and expenses
of human services and veterans community services
organizations. Notwithstanding any provision of law
to the contrary, the amounts appropriated herein may
be suballocated or transferred between other
agencies, including the office of temporary and
disability assistance and the department of
veterans' services, with the approval of the
temporary president of the senate and the director
of the budget. Notwithstanding any provision of law
to the contrary, funds from this appropriation shall
be allocated only pursuant to a plan (i) approved by
the temporary president of the senate and the
director of the budget which sets forth either an
itemized list of grantees with the amount to be
received by each, or the methodology for allocating
such appropriation, and (ii) which is thereafter
included in a senate resolution calling for the
expenditure of such funds, which resolution must be
approved by a majority vote of all members elected
to the senate upon a roll call vote

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by any money
appropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2024,
reappropriated pursuant to section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of
2025, and reappropriated pursuant to a chapter of the laws of 2026
which enacts the aid to localities, local assistance account, for
services and expenses of human services and veterans community
services organizations. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the
contrary, the amounts appropriated herein may be suballocated or
transferred between other agencies, including the office of temporary
and disability assistance and the department of veterans' services.
Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a plan approved by the
temporary president of the senate and the director of the budget. Such
plan shall set forth either an itemized list of grantees with the
amount to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating such
appropriation, and thereafter shall be included in a senate resolution
calling for the expenditure of such monies which resolution must be
approved by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon
a roll call vote, in accordance with the following schedule, which
shall amend, remove from, or add to the schedule originally approved
in Senate Resolution 1241 of 2025:
