    SECTION 13

    Removal

    Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) CHAPTER 3-B, ARTICLE 2

    § 13. Removal. Any member of the authority may be removed by the
    governor for cause after an opportunity to be heard. A statement of the
    cause of his removal shall be filed by the governor in the office of the
    secretary of state.
