Oath of office
Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) CHAPTER 3-B, ARTICLE 2
§ 19. Oath of office. Each member of the authority shall, before
entering upon his duties, take and file an oath of office as prescribed
by section ten of the public officers law.
