    Prohibited sales

    Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) CHAPTER 3-B, ARTICLE 6

    § 82. Prohibited sales. The restrictions contained in section
    sixty-five hereof shall apply to persons licensed to sell wine at
    retail.
