Additional considerations in fulfilling its responsibilities
Arts and Cultural Affairs (ACA) CHAPTER 11-C, TITLE B, ARTICLE 10
§ 10.13. Additional considerations in fulfilling its responsibilities.
In fulfilling its responsibilities under this article, the institute
shall additionally:
1. Give consideration to the likelihood of any project undertaken to
attract or enhance tourism through a greater appreciation of the
artistic and cultural heritage of the Hudson river area.
2. Encourage the appreciation of the Hudson river area by individual
artists.
