    Administration

    Arts and Cultural Affairs (ACA) CHAPTER 11-C, TITLE B, ARTICLE 8

    § 8.09. Administration. The institute shall be administered by a
    director appointed by the trustees of the state university upon the
    recommendation of the chancellor of the state university.
