    SECTION 153

    Qualifications

    Alternative County Government (ACG) CHAPTER 11-B, ARTICLE 4

    § 153. Qualifications. A person holding the office of county executive
    shall have the qualifications prescribed by section three of the public
    officers law, except as otherwise provided in section fifty-one of this
    chapter.
