    County taxes and assessments

    Alternative County Government (ACG) CHAPTER 11-B, ARTICLE 13

    § 602. County taxes and assessments. The provisions of the tax law or
    other applicable general or special statute shall continue to apply to a
    county which has adopted an alternative form of county government.
