    Citizenship and residence requirements for department heads and deputies

    Alternative County Government (ACG) CHAPTER 11-B, ARTICLE 13

    § 606. Citizenship and residence requirements for department heads and
    deputies. The head of each department or office and each deputy
    appointed under or pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall, at
    the time of his appointment and throughout the incumbency of his office
    be a citizen of the United States and a resident of the county.
