Continuity of authority
Alternative County Government (ACG) CHAPTER 11-B, ARTICLE 13
§ 609. Continuity of authority. The performance of functions by a
department, office or agency to which they are assigned pursuant to the
provisions of this chapter shall be deemed and held to constitute a
continuation thereof for the purpose of succession to all rights,
powers, duties and obligations attached to such functions at the time of
such assignment.
