    SECTION 653

    Form of petition or resolution

    Alternative County Government (ACG) CHAPTER 11-B, ARTICLE 14

    § 653. Form of petition or resolution. The petition or resolution, as
    the case may be, shall specify: (a) the alternative form of county
    government proposed, unless the form is a continuation of the existing
    form; and (b) the variation or variations proposed, if any, including
    any proposed transfer of functions or other additional arrangement
    authorized by this chapter.
