§ 702. Laws repealed. Chapter eight hundred sixty-two of the laws of
nineteen hundred thirty-seven, entitled "An act in relation to providing
alternative forms of county government, constituting chapter eleven-a of
the consolidated laws," and all acts amendatory thereof or supplemental
thereto, constituting the optional county government law, are hereby
repealed, except as otherwise provided herein. Such repeal shall take
effect May fifteenth, nineteen hundred fifty-four.
