    SECTION 1108

    Referee

    Business Corporation (BSC) CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE 11

    § 1108. Referee.

    If a referee was not designated in the order to show cause, the court,
    in its discretion, may appoint a referee when or after the order is
    returnable. The court may at any time appoint a successor referee.
