    SECTION 52

    When applied

    Canal (CAL) CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE 6

    § 52. When applied. Notwithstanding the provisions of any existing
    general or special acts, the procedure in abandonment of canal lands
    shall hereafter be in accordance with the provisions set forth in this
    chapter.
