    Printing; record and briefs

    New York City Civil Court Act (CCA) CHAPTER 693, ARTICLE 17

    § 1705. Printing; record and briefs. The printing of neither the
    record nor the briefs shall be required except as the rules of the court
    to which the appeal is taken shall provide in designated classes of
    appeals.
