    Security for costs

    New York City Civil Court Act (CCA) CHAPTER 693, ARTICLE 19

    § 1900. Security for costs.

    Article 85 of the CPLR, entitled "security for costs", shall apply in
    this court, except that the minimum undertaking of CPLR 8503 shall be
    $200 rather than the amount therein provided.
